I am a graduate of Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. I majored in Communication with a minor in Public Relations. I am interested in pursuing a career in either project management or crises management. I am currently working on my Masters Degree in Public Administration. My anticipated graduation date is May 2022.

Currently, I am the event specialist for the College of Liberal Arts. I help plan and coordinate events for the College. I also help run the website for the college. In addition, I have provided events for a online format including ceremony videos, livestreams, and social media. I also help create and distribute promotional material such as posters, newsletters, and social media post.

As a student worker for the University Center, I helped execute event set up and breakdown. I also coordinated with staff and team members on clients' needs. In addition, I would help setup electronics, AV, and technical equipment and organize meetings, ceremonies, and parties.

At Santos McBain Management & Planning I was able to work with city councils, clients, and several South Texas communities. I helped plan special events, created graphic designs, released press releases, and helped create city council agenda packets.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
I have been in event/project management for the past five years. In this time, I have expiernce coordinating large events, hosting livestreams, website editing, video production, and more. Project managent to me is about building relationships and creating enviornments that allow people to come together to collaborate and grow.
CRISIS MANAGEMENT
Crisis Management is what I am most passionate within the field of public relations. My senior year I was able to take a crisis management course. We built a crisis plan for the Children's Hospital Colorado Foundation. Over the course I was able to contribute work into this crisis plan. This includes organizational history, reviewing past crises, and preparing for future crises. Below you will find specific examples of what I did during this course.
Crisis Action Plan
The action plan is where you create potential crises that could potentially happen. In this situation I created a crisis plan for if a hospital was accused of committing insurance fraud. The action p-lan gives detailed response for steps the foundation would need to take in response to this crisis
PUBLIC RELATIONS WRITING
I have developed a foundation of knowledge in public relations writing. This includes creating press releases, social media posts, blog postings and more. Below you will find some samples I was able to do either for school or through internships.
GRAPHIC DESIGN
I have developed skills in creating a variety of graphics. I have experience in working with Canva, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, and Excel. I have used these tools to create info-graphics, flyers, logos, charts, newsletters.
